30-Day Easy Refund Policy
At Max Jackets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
You can return items within 30 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and it may take up to 5 to 10 days to process.
- You Must Inform us within 3 days that you want to exchange or return the order. After 3 days you will lose the privilege of returning or refunding the order.
- We have 30 days easy return and exchange policy applicable once you inform us within 72 hours of receiving the jackets.
- You can contact us through email regarding the queries and our customer service representative will resolve your problem within 24 hours. No return will be entertained after 30 days.
Order Cancellation
- The request for cancellation of your order should be made within 24 hours and if the cancellation will be made within 24 hours so we will refund the whole amount in buyer’s respective account, but if a customer still wishes to cancel the order so the following conditions will apply.
- Cancellation of the order after 24 hours will result in a direct deduction of 30% from your paid amount.
- Cancellation of the order within 3 days before shipping will result in a direct deduction of 50% from the paid amount.
- No cancellation will be entertained after 3 days of confirmation.
Exchange Policy
- If the customer wishes to exchange the jacket with another size so we offer them another jacket free of cost (new size), but he will only liable to pay the shipping and handling cost that will depend on the weight and size of the jacket.
- If there is any mistake happens by our side, like the size or there is a difference in pattern/color and the image of the product on the website, then return and Exchange can be validated. Just send us a few snaps/pictures of the jacket within (3 days) after the jacket arrive and highlight the issues that you are facing.
Return Policy
- There will be no return/exchange for ordering more than one similar product, but a different size. People misuse this facility.
- In case of a return, the return shipping will be paid by the buyer, and the customer is also liable to pay the shipping and handling cost that will depend upon jacket weight and size.
- Right before sending your jacket, our responsible product inspector will review your jacket; color, sizing, stitching, quality of leather, and the pattern of the item. Still, if you feel any queries so please email us at our provided email address and highlight the issues that you are facing with the jacket.
- No product will be entertained for Return, Refund, or Exchange if the tags were removed from the product.
- All requests for Return, Refund, or Exchange made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be acceptable.
Custom Size Orders
- Customized sized jackets or coats are nonrefundable.
Custom Duties
- We ship the jacket free of cost and declare as a gift to our valued customer so that they cannot pay any taxes, but still, every country has its own customs policies so these will be bear by the buyer.
Rules
- Kindly note that returned things MUST be unused, in unique condition/bundling they were gotten in and with all the labels and names joined.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee is a charge when merchandise is returned. The Restocking is the costs to recover of repackaging and shipping. The amount of restocking fee is depending on the product size, type and weigh.
