30-Day Easy Refund Policy

At Max Jackets, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy below.

Refund Policy

  • Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–30 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to request a return, exchange, or report any issue. Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges, payment/card processing fees, taxes, customs duties, and import fees are non-refundable.

  • The actual shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • Customers may choose 100% store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.

  • No return or refund request will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, the order amount will be refunded; however, payment/card processing fees will be deducted as these charges are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation after 24 hours will result in a 30% deduction from the paid amount.

  • Cancellation requested within 3 days before shipping will result in a 50% deduction from the paid amount.

  • No cancellation will be accepted after 3 days of order confirmation or once production has started.

Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size, we can exchange the jacket. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and reshipping charges.

  • If the wrong size was selected by the customer, a full refund may not be issued, as all sizes are reconfirmed before production.

  • If Max Jackets ships the wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, we will replace the item after verification.

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for purchasing multiple sizes of the same product for trial purposes.

  • Customers are responsible for returning the item to our return address.

  • Shipping, handling, and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Products must be returned unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the tags have been removed or the product has been used.

  • All approved returns must reach us within 30 days of delivery.

Custom Size Orders

  • Custom-sized (made-to-measure) jackets and coats are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect or a sizing error caused by Max Jackets, we will replace the item after verification.

  • Refunds are not available for custom-sized orders.

Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other government charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • These charges are non-refundable, even if a refund request is approved.

Rules

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items that are damaged by misuse, washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If a return or exchange is approved, the customer must send the item back at their own expense.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Max Jackets is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply to approved returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs. The amount depends on the product type, size, and weight.
